Full-Time Property Manager wanted for growing Seattle based management company.

We are seeking a motivated  property manager with a minimum 2 years experience to manage single family Properties in Seattle & Surrounding Areas.  You must be meticulous in administrative detail. If you possess the skills mentioned below your success will be guaranteed using our proven property management system.

Hit the ground running with a complete portfolio of residential properties to manage!    In addition to management income, we also allow managers to transact real estate sales which bumps your income up even higher.  Managers at North Pacific can and do make over $100,000 per year.

The most qualified individual would be based in or around Seattle with a WA State Real Estate Broker’s License.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Full cycle leasing:
   Actively market properties (post rental properties online),
   Show properties to prospective tenants,
   Screen applicants,
   Prepare leases,
   Perform Move in tenants / Move out tenants
-Administrative work (filing, tenant/owner correspondence, etc).
-Maintaining a well organized office
-Marketing for new management clients
-Receiving and responding quickly to management leads provided by our company
-Overseeing work orders and repairs, including readying units for rental
-Ensuring tenant rents are collected in a timely fashion
-Posting of 3 Day and other notices
-Working with tenants to resolve complaints and issues
-Maintaining an understanding of current real estate market conditions and providing -support and recommendations to ownership regarding new and renewing leases. (Determine rental values)
-Handling emergency situations as they arise


Skills & Qualifications:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Highly organized
-Ethical
-Computer and internet literate
-Excellent time management
-Knowledgeable in the area of Tenant/Landlord law
-Strong sales skills and ability to close
-Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle conflict situations and to deal effectively with a wide variety of people.

The position requires a moderate level of complexity, and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
